Our firm is currently in a hybrid work setting (i.e., two days working in the office and three days working remotely), and has a long-term plan to maintain a hybrid work environment. A fully remote arrangement will be considered depending upon the residence of qualified candidates. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Evaluate new case opportunities in false advertising and other areas, working with intake clerks to develop client relationships. Evaluate potential for mass arbitration actions. Draft complaints. QUALIFICATIONS Candidates should have 3+ years of meaningful civil litigation experience. Candidates should be self-driven and have a strong investigative sense. Candidates should have strong academic credentials as well as robust analytical, research, writing, and organizational skills. Candidates should have experience interacting with clients and potential clients. Candidates must have a strong work ethic and an ability to manage and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Candidates should be licensed to practice law in at least one United States jurisdiction, preferably Washington, California, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, Washington D.C., or Illinois.
