Role Overview We're looking for a hands-on Global Cuisine Chef with a strong foundation from Michelin-level kitchens and deep experience across diverse cuisines. You should be equally strong in precision and creativity—able to execute consistently at scale while innovating within fusion, health-forward cooking. This role requires someone comfortable leading high-volume operations while maintaining uncompromising quality. Key Responsibilities Lead execution of global and fusion menus with consistency and precision Cook and oversee production of 1000+ meals per day while maintaining quality standards Develop and standardize recipes with exact measurements, proportions, and scalability Design meals focused on low oil, clean ingredients, and nutritional balance Work closely with seasonal, farm-sourced produce to create evolving menus Maintain excellence in portioning, plating, and presentation Train, mentor, and manage a high-performing kitchen team Ensure strict adherence to sanitation, hygiene, and food safety standards Continuously improve kitchen processes for efficiency without compromising quality Contribute to healthy kids menu development (preferred) Qualifications Experience working in or under Michelin-level kitchens or chefs Strong background in multiple global cuisines + fusion cooking Proven ability to operate in high-volume kitchens (1,000+ meals/day) Deep understanding of recipe standardization, batch scaling, and portion control Experience in farm-to-table or seasonal ingredient-driven kitchens Passion for health-focused cooking (low oil, clean, ingredient-first approach) Proven ability to train and lead kitchen xsgimln teams effectively High attention to detail with a commitment to consistency and cleanliness What We're Looking For A chef who respects ingredients and keeps food simple, clean, and purposeful Someone who understands that real flavor comes from technique—not excess oil or additives A leader who can build systems, train teams, and scale quality A mindset aligned with long-term health through everyday food Why This Role Matters At Healthy Tiffin, you're not just cooking meals—you're shaping how people eat every day.
