Job Description The Client Service Associate serves as the first point of contact to meet client needs and is responsible for working with Private Wealth Officers and high net worth clients across several delivery platforms, including banking, trust, brokerage, financial planning, and investment management. The CSA is responsible for developing relationships with clients and assisting clients with inquiries and problem resolution by performing research on various systems. The CSA is responsible for ensuring best in class client experience by supporting Wealth Advisors, Bankers, Trust Officers, and managers' efficacy through various technical duties.
