Description Work under the general direction of the practitioner or Clinic Supervisor to assess, evaluate, implement and follow-up in matters of direct and indirect patient care. Supervise the overall delivery of healthcare in the clinic setting. Establish and maintain effective relationships with LPNs, Medical Assistants, and administrative support staff in order to organize and deliver cost-effective, clinically competent, reliable healthcare in a safe, respectful manner that ensures patient respect and dignity. Required qualifications: Graduate of an accredited registered nursing school Associate's Degree in Nursing, or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
