Who Can Become a Surrogate?

To qualify, you must:

• Be between 21–43 years old
• Have had at least one healthy pregnancy.
• Have had no more than 3 C-sections
• Be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
• Have a BMI under 35 (preferred for medical and clinic requirements)
• Be a non-smoker with no history of drug or alcohol abuse
• Have reliable transportation (your own or a partner’s) to attend all medical appointments
• Once you register in our database and are selected to continue, you need to make sure to have the availability to be ready to schedule a call  with one of our coordinators.
• Be physically and emotionally healthy
• Most importantly: have a genuine desire to help another family
