One of our clients — one of the fastest-growing companies out of YC W24 , generating revenue with years of runway — is hiring a Founding Full Stack Engineer to join their SF team.

The product: an AI recruiter that conducts real-time job interviews over video and phone, asking personalised follow-up questions based on candidate responses. Already conducted thousands of interviews across engineering, IT, retail, and hospitality. The team serves both candidates (interview experience) and employers (data aggregation + analysis platform) — so you'll build consumer-facing AND enterprise-grade software.

Location: San Francisco (in-person, on-site)

Comp: $150K–$250K base + meaningful equity

Stage: YC W24, well-funded, generating revenue

Problems You'll Work On (Consumer)

⚙️ How can we bring average interviewer response latency down to 200ms?

How can we fine-tune our models to decrease hallucination and pass the Turing test?

How will the system architecture change as we scale to thousands of users concurrently?

Problems You'll Work On (Enterprise)

How do we integrate with customers' internal hiring systems (ATS, scheduling, etc.)?

What's the best way to present interview results visually and as fast as possible?

How can we expand to coordinate the entire hiring process end-to-end?

You Might Be a Fit If You…

Are fluent in React, TypeScript, Python — or can ramp on them quickly

Have shipped production code at impressive companies (FAANG / unicorn / YC / similar)

Have founding-engineer or founder experience (strong plus)

Came from a top university OR have very clearly displayed accomplishments of what you've built

Genuinely enjoy solving complex engineering problems
