Head Teller

MUST HAVE BANKING EXPERIENCE Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Head Teller to lead daily teller operations and support branch efficiency. In this role, you will oversee teller staff, ensure compliance with banking procedures, manage cash and vault activities, and provide excellent service to clients. This is a key leadership position with responsibility for training, supervising, and maintaining operational accuracy on the front line. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and support teller staff in daily transactions and customer service activities Perform and oversee all teller functions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to policies Manage branch vault, cash orders, and shipments in dual control with leadership Train and coach tellers, coordinate scheduling, and conduct performance check-ins Resolve escalated client issues and oversee complex or large transactions Monitor compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements Act as backup to Assistant or Branch Manager as needed Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of banking or teller experience; supervisory experience preferred Strong cash handling and customer service skills Familiarity with banking operations, compliance, and transaction systems Excellent communication, organization, and leadership abilities MUST read and write both Spanish and English.
