Industrial Engineer job responsibilities include: Represent plant operations on Production Team. Design and implement LEAN practices (VSM, Continuous flow, Workplace organization 5S, Cycle time, takt time studies, Ergonomic, Define Waste, TPM program). Lead Kaizen events to find potential improvements. Develop and implement work instructions and train team members. Design, redesign, and enhance work areas and layouts to be more ergo friendly, reduce repetitive motions and inefficient methods. Develop and maintain data collected. Desired Qualifications: B.S. in Engineering (Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering) 1-3 years of manufacturing experience (work experience in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering) PLC experience Knowledge of LEAN manufacturing principles/knowledge of room systems and continuous improvement Proficient with MS Work, Excel and PowerPoint AutoCAD experience If you are interested in this role, then please click APPLY NOW.
