Location: Dallas, TX ***DIRECT HIRE*** Compensation: $40,000 Base + Bonuses + Uncapped Commissions What You’ll Be Doing: Calling customers to educate them on their home service options and help them find the best deals Using an outbound phone sales approach to convert leads into happy customers Building relationships with new and past customers to generate sales opportunities Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly sales goals Using Salesforce CRM to track customer interactions and stay organized Making up to 75 dials per day and spending about 4 hours on calls Requirements At least 6 months of sales experience – NO job hoppers! A strong communicator who can build rapport quickly and sell with confidence Someone who embraces feedback, loves competition, and is motivated by results A team player who contributes to a fun and positive work environment Bonus Points If You: Have experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM. Can sell in Spanish – Bilingual reps are a huge plus!
