As a Store Manager , you'll provide leadership, training & guidance to your team, help customers navigate their insurance options in a supportive, non-commissioned environment. Policy Guidance: Provide knowledgeable support and guidance to clients throughout the policy writing and renewal processes. Coverage Presentation: Prepare and clearly present various policy and coverage options to clients. Record Management: Accurately maintain and update client records within the client management database. Client Support: Address and resolve day-to-day client inquiries and issues related to claims, eligibility, enrollment, and rates in a timely and professional manner. Carrier Collaboration: Liaise effectively with insurance carriers to gather information and facilitate the best outcomes for clients.
