Role Description This can be a full-time or part-time, on-site role located in the Miami (Pinecrest area) for a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. In this role, you will provide therapy services to clients, including individual, family, and group counseling, focusing on mental health and well-being. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing and implementing personalized treatment plans, maintaining records of client progress, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals. You will also provide support for individuals dealing with mental health conditions to promote healing and improved quality of life.
Qualifications Proficiency in Treatment Planning and Case Management to create and coordinate customized care plans for clients Knowledge and experience in Mental Health and Psychology to provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions Skills in Relationship Counseling to address interpersonal and family dynamics Strong communication, active listening, and empathy to build trusting therapeutic relationships Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field State licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) Experience working with diverse populations and providing trauma-informed care is a plus Proficiency in using electronic health records and maintaining proper documentation
