Warehouse Shipment Specialist Receives, inspects, inventory, documents and store shipments. Oversees data system for storage and tracking of goods and shipments. Prepares, packages, documents and delivers outgoing materials.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):
Handles incoming and outgoing shipments
Completes outbound deliveries using pre-designated software
Pulls, packs and ships finished goods
Accurately verifies and processes customers' orders by matching quantities and types
Handles shipment receiving duties by ensuring the right item has been received and not damaged
Reports and replaces defective items prior to shipping
Ensure that all transactions are recorded in company database
Ensures that items are labeled and packed properly
Confirms items are loaded onto shipment vehicles in a safe and timely manner
Operates forklift to transport shipments within the facility
Handles space arrangements for incoming shipments in the storage area
Ensure the warehouse is cleaned and maintained at all times
Coordinates monthly, year-end and general inventory procedures and Cycle Counts
Checks packaging weekly and communicates with the Production Manager
Schedules shipping in ERP System
Loads and Unloads Heat treat
Accurately weighs and packs parts as indicated by instructions
Helps Operators move parts and process reels
Any and all other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
1-3 years of Manufacturing and/or Logistics experience is preferred
Computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) required
Able to read, write and speak fluent English, with strong grammar and composition skills
Ability to provide clear communication and feedback
Ability to write simple correspondence
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one situations
