We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and caring Medical Assistant to join our team. About the Role This position is ideal for a dependable Medical Assistant with at least 2 years of experience who enjoys both clinical responsibilities and patient interaction. You will play an important role in supporting daily operations, assisting with procedures, and helping maintain a smooth, efficient patient flow. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in growing within the aesthetic and cosmetic medicine field. Schedule Tuesday through Saturday Tuesday and Wednesday 9am to 5pm Thursday 10 am to 6 pm Friday 9 am to 5 pm Saturday 9 am to 2 pm Key Responsibilities Clinical Support Prepare treatment rooms and assist with room set-up throughout the day Room patients, obtain vitals, and prepare charts for visits Assist physician during in-office procedures and treatments Perform venipuncture and administer injections as directed Maintain sterilization protocols and operate autoclave equipment Clean, stock, and organize treatment rooms Administrative Support Schedule appointments and assist with patient flow Manage inventory and monitor supply levels Support front desk operations as needed Utilize Microsoft Outlook for scheduling, communication, and coordination Ensure accurate and timely documentation Patient Experience Provide compassionate, professional patient care Help patients feel comfortable and welcomed Maintain a polished and positive environment Qualifications Minimum 2 years of Medical Assistant experience Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required Experience with venipuncture and injections required Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook required Strong organizational and multitasking skills Professional communication skills Self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to learn Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Preferred Experience Patient care experience Familiarity with EMR systems Why Join Us Work in a boutique, patient-centered environment Opportunity to grow within aesthetic medicine Direct collaboration with an experienced physician Supportive and professional team culture Compensation and Benefits $20–$25/hour , depending on experience Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k)
