What You'll Do: Engage commercial clients (e.g., large printers, retailers, packaging companies) Build and manage long-term relationships with national accounts Cold calling (approx. 40%) and following up on leads via ZoomInfo and Seamless Close 6–10 deals per month with long sales cycles (3 months to 1 year) Typical deal size ranges from $15K–$20K GP up to multi-million-dollar opportunities Collaborate with leadership to set realistic, personalized sales goals Use CRM tools to manage pipeline (we provide some leads, but initiative is key) What Success Looks Like: Top reps earning $30K/month in commission (long-term success stories) Minimum performers consistently earning $3K/month ✅ Must-Haves: 5+ years in the recycling industry Bachelor's degree preferred Experience selling to companies in the recycled paper, plastic, or metal industries Strong understanding of the recycling market Experience managing national accounts Existing book of business preferred Comfortable with long sales cycles and strategic selling Familiar with ZoomInfo and Seamless Sound like you?
