Job responsibilities: Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety strategies, and home programs as appropriate. Communicate functional changes and barriers to the care team to support care planning. Work 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts. Perform reassessments and update the plan of care based on patient response. Provide equipment use education at a general level when relevant to therapy safety.
