Job responsibilities:

Collaborate with the care team to coordinate therapy plans and discharge recommendations. Provide equipment use education at a general level when relevant to therapy safety. Work 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts. Provide therapeutic interventions and track patient progress toward measurable goals. Document evaluations, treatments, and outcomes in the medical record.
