Job responsibilities: Communicate functional changes and barriers to the care team to support care planning. Provide equipment use education at a general level when relevant to therapy safety. Work 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts. Support safe mobility and use standardized safety practices during sessions. Perform reassessments and update the plan of care based on patient response.
