A growing manufacturing company is hiring an Accounts Receivable Clerk to support day-to-day billing and collections. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and process customer invoices for products and services
Monitor AR aging and follow up on past-due accounts
Post and apply payments (checks, ACH, wires, credit cards)
Research and resolve billing discrepancies
Reconcile accounts and assist with month-end close
Prepare aging reports and maintain accurate records
Partner with sales, shipping, and customer service to resolve issues
Support credit checks, audit requests, and special projects

Qualifications:

2+ years of accounts receivable or general accounting experience
Manufacturing industry experience preferred
Strong ERP and Excel skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a high-volume setting
Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have:

Experience xkddfxh with high-volume invoicing and cash applications
Knowledge of collections processes and credit terms
Familiarity with sales tax and shipping documentation
