Full Time, On-site, $25-$27/hr What You'll Do You'll play a key role in supporting our attorneys and keeping our office running seamlessly. Your responsibilities for this on-site position will include: Coordinating schedules, managing attorney calendars, and arranging client calls and internal meetings Maintaining well organized client files and database records with exceptional accuracy Handling day to day administrative tasks such as answering phones, processing mail, and supporting general office operations Assisting with office logistics including ordering supplies, making copies, and preparing shipping labels Helping plan and coordinate client webinars, firm events, and other team activities What You Bring We're looking for someone who is organized, communicative, and eager to contribute. xsgimln Ideal candidates will have: A bachelor's degree or associate's degree with strong academic performance Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong proofreading abilities Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google Apps Typing speed of 50+ wpm At least one year of experience as a legal secretary or administrative/executive assistant in a corporate law setting (patent, trademark, general corporate, business immigration, etc.)—a plus, but not required Comfort communicating directly with corporate clients via email and phone Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment Note: Candidates selected for an interview will be asked to complete a computer skills and typing test.
