A day in the life. As our Associate Account Manager on the Commercial Entertainment team, you'll be responsible for the following: Maintain and update the Communication Log daily. Ability to create transmittal letters and other correspondence letters, as necessary. Department scanning. Maintain agency EPIC files accurately and consistently documenting conversations in emails and other notes sent to clients, while adhering to all MIB electronic and EPIC procedures.
