We are looking for a skilled and dependable Regional/OTR Specialist to support our operations.

Requirements: Minimum of 3+ years of OTR driving experience Experience with dryvan or reefer loads is a plus Must pass a background check and be authorized to work in the United States Valid CDL Class A; driving endorsements a plus Strong communication skills and a reliable, professional attitude Flexible schedule; comfortable staying out 3-4 weeks at a time, with guaranteed home time each month (unless unforeseen circumstances arise and are communicated in advance) Compensation & Benefits: 1099 Base salary range: $80,000 to $100,000 guaranteed Weekly pay Quarterly profit share and performance incentive bonuses Competitive benefits package Consistent, high-quality freight What We Offer: Professional and supportive dispatch and operations teams Predictable routes and scheduled home time Strong focus on safety and driver satisfaction Job Type: Full-time
