In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a team to design difference-making projects. From designing parks to improving roadways, your efforts will help shape the beach and non-beach communities where our clients live, work, and play. Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in civil engineering (internships and co-op experience a plus) * Two to four (or more) years of experience in civil design - land development, commercial, residential and project delivery * FE exam passed with a pledge to obtain a PE license * Strong initiative, a sense of urgency, and the drive to help grow a small (but flourishing) office * Strong communication skills * Familiarity with (and understanding of) AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other civil engineering-based software
