Cleaning Technician 1st Choice Urgent Care is seeking a reliable and motivated Cleaning Technician to support our 19 clinic locations. This role is responsible for deep cleaning and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness across our urgent care facilities. This position will rotate between 12 clinics per day and includes the use of a company vehicle for travel between locations. Schedule Monday Friday 8-hour shifts (daytime hours) Compensation & Benefits $18.00 $22.00 per hour Health benefits 401(k) with company match Combined Time Off (PTO/Sick) Key Responsibilities Perform deep cleaning of urgent care clinics Maintain cleanliness of exam rooms, waiting areas, restrooms, and staff areas Follow cleaning protocols and safety standards Travel between clinic locations as scheduled Ensure clinics are consistently clean, sanitized, and patient-ready Requirements Valid driver's license with a good driving record Ability to operate a company vehicle responsibly Reliable and punctual Strong work ethic and attention to detail Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe healthcare environment What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, is dependable, and is motivated to do a great job every day.
