Role Description The Commercial Lines Account Manager is a part-time, on-site role based in Richmond, VA. This role entails managing commercial lines accounts, addressing client inquiries, and tailoring insurance solutions to specific needs. Daily tasks include policy servicing, handling claims, processing renewals, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Collaboration with team members and maintaining strong client relationships is essential to the role.
Qualifications Knowledge and experience in Commercial Lines Coverage and Insurance. Strong skills in Account Management and Customer Service. Familiarity with Employee Benefits and related products. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in insurance software and tools is a plus. Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines effectively. xsgimln Prior experience in an insurance agency environment is preferred.
