Location: Orlando, FL (Orange County Courthouse) Hours: Need to be available for 8-hour shifts between 8:00am-6:30pm Monday-Friday only, no weekends! We are currently seeking a Full-Time Bilingual Court Support Agent to join our team at the Orlando Courthouse! In this role, you would perform all on-site court support functions in a friendly and professional manner. Duties: Greet and assist consumers at the front counter in a pleasant and professional manner. Determine what action is to be taken to bring delinquent accounts to conclusion. Interface and assist in the day to day requests, questions or problems over the phone or in person, from clients and staff. Assist in the processing and balancing of all funds received in the Court. Interface balancing process as established with the San Diego, CA office Responsible for the handling and safekeeping of the money they are receiving at the court locations and that the safe must be kept locked at all times. Document and complete all correspondence and adjustments in a timely manner. Work support desks or collection desks as assigned. Immediately contact management or the human resources department if there are any non-compliance issues, questionable activities or inappropriate actions taken by any staff. Complete manual data entry Qualifications: High School Education or equivalent Must pass court based background check Able to interact in a pleasant, effective, creative and professional manner and to be a team player. Ability to prioritize workload and handle multiple tasks. Ability to maintain regular attendance.
