Customer Counter Cash Handler Location -
Marietta, GA Duration - 0 - 3 months Shift - Monday - Sunday 8:00AM - 7:30PM Hourly Rate - $22.45/Hour on W2 Interview: Interviews will be held with Shawn Reese Monday through Friday, must be available 8-16:30 or 11-19:30. Weekends are mandatory. Those hours are Saturday 8:45-17:30 and Sunday 9:45-15:30. 32-to-40-hour work week Job Duties
Deliver outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries. Interact with customers, provide solutions, and ensure world-class service. Continuously practice good listening skills with customers, team members, and leadership. Take ownership of customer needs and offer appropriate solutions. Learn and stay updated on all product and service offerings, alternative solutions, and industry trends. Operate copiers, fax machines, binding equipment, laminating machines, point-of-sale devices, and other store equipment/software. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications / Requirements
High school diploma or GED required. Previous retail customer service experience. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite. Strong internet skills. Outstanding phone skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including spelling and math. Friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful demeanor with a professional appearance. Prompt, reliable, and responsible. Able to lift 40+ pounds. Willing and able to work up to 28 hours per week.
