The Customer Experience Team is our frontline for incoming phone calls and web tickets. This is a high-volume phones role with the pace of a call centerbut without the call center feel. Youll be answering questions, solving problems, and helping customers feel heard and supported. Youll also be cross-trained in other areas of customer service for added flexibility and growth. What Youll Do Answer incoming calls and respond to customer tickets submitted through our website Check shipping status and provide updates Answer detailed product questions using your knowledge of nutrition and supplements Assist customers with placing orders Support returns, product exchanges, or concerns with empathy and accuracy Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams to resolve customer issues Who You Are Positive, calm, and professionaleven when things get busy A fast learner with a genuine interest in nutrition, health, or wellness A confident communicator, especially over the phone Comfortable working with phones and computers Organized, proactive, and great at follow-through Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision PTO and Sick days 10 Paid Holidays Casual Dress code Discount on entire line of products $18-$20 / hour
