Circle Logistics is hiring a Customer Operations Representative to support real-time shipment execution and communication. This role blends customer service, problem-solving, and operations in a high-energy setting.

What You’ll Do Act as the main point of contact for shipment updates and issue resolution Communicate with drivers and customers throughout the shipment lifecycle Track shipments and provide real-time updates Troubleshoot delays and escalate when needed Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution

What We’re Looking For Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or call center environments Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to stay organized while handling multiple priorities Positive attitude and team-first mindset
