We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our Call Center team as Customer Service Representatives. This is an entry-level positionno prior call center experience is required. We provide paid training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

Customer Service Representative for a Call Center Details

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 21.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

• Answer inbound calls and return callbacks from customers
• Respond to customer questions via phone, email, and chat
• Assist callers with account status, basic requirements, and next steps
• Review new customer enrollments and voicemail messages
• Perform follow-ups on expired or pending accounts
• Communicate professionally with vendors, clients, and internal teams

Customer Service Representative for a Call Center Qualifications

• Friendly attitude and strong communication skills
• Willingness to learnno experience required
• Basic computer skills (email, Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving mindset and positive attitude
• Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required
