Recent College grads welcome! $20.00 per hour to start with benefits The position of Customer Service Representative will have primary responsibility to provide high-level support by assisting customers, both internal and external, and providing accurate data entered in all necessary systems. Must Haves: 2 plus years of Administrative and Customer/Vendor support in a fast-paced environment Strong Typing/Data entry skills with 10Key Microsoft Outlook and Excel proficient a must Transportation/Freight/Logistics experience a plus! ·Monitor customer emails ·Answer and transfer phone calls to the appropriate department ·Assist customers with freight updates ·Reporting for customers ·Confirming destination and bill-to information ·Documentation reporting for all customers (DO/BL) Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Manage heavy call and email volume in a professional and timely manner Administer elevated service programs including customer reporting and communication processes for specific customers Assists internal and external customers with information or document requests Partners with the sales team to meet and exceed customer service expectations Assists in maintaining and monitoring electronic data for customers Operates inventory control, word processing, and spreadsheet applications for customers Generates correspondence to secure additional customer information to resolve customer disputes.
