What You’ll Do Manage live shipments from pickup to delivery Communicate with drivers and customers in real time Track freight, troubleshoot issues, and provide updates Work closely with Sales and Operations to keep everything moving Handle a high volume of calls (100+ daily)
What We’re Looking For 1–3 years in customer service, operations, call center, or logistics Strong communication + attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Grit, urgency, and a team-first mindset
