Responsibilities: Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications: Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred.

Compensation: $54,000.00 - $75,000.00 per hour
