Position Overview

We are currently seeking a career-minded Customer Service Representative to join our Boca Raton team. Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance policies, claims, billing, and other services via phone and email
• Provide accurate, timely information and resolve customer issues with professionalism and empathy
• Maintain and update client records and documentation in our system
• Work closely with insurance agents and team members to ensure client satisfaction
• Suggest improvements to enhance customer experience and agency operations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Previous customer service experience preferred; insurance industry experience is an advantage but not mandatory
• A career-driven mindset with a desire to grow within the insurance field

Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
