Insurance Account Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist clients with policy changes and updates.
  • Process payments
  • Answer phones
  • Greet customers - traffic controller
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Good computer and writing skills
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Positive attitude
  • Team player
  • Quick learner
  • Insurance license not required, but willing to obtain
  • Spanish speaking a plus
  • Available to work Monday - Thursday 9am to 5pm, Friday 9am to 3pm

Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
