Role Description

As a Customer Service Representative with State Farm Agent Brian Robinson's Agency, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the customers you support. Responsibilities

  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist clients with policy changes, payments, billing inquiries and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Schedule appointments.
  • Other service duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, problem solver and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience required.
  • Must currently have Illinois Property and Casualty licenses. Property, Casualty and life preferred.
  • Specific customer service experience within the insurance industry preferred.

Compensation: $21,000.00 per year
