Process and Manage customer orders, including forms, applications, and service requests Serve as a primary point of contact for customers via email, phone, and meetings Perform accurate data entry and transaction management in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) Coordinate with production, supply chain, and internal teams to track order and delivery status Provide customers with delivery commitments and timely status updates Support product-related inquiries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
