Key Responsibilities Assist Technical Service Engineers with equipment setup, installation support, and basic troubleshooting Coordinate logistics for equipment, parts, and materials (shipping, receiving, tracking) Maintain accurate records of service activities, reports, and technical documentation Support preparation of work orders, service reports, and internal documentation Assist in tracking inventory, tools, and equipment usage Coordinate communication between internal teams, vendors, and customers Provide administrative and operational support to Business Development and Engineering teams Support data entry, reporting, and documentation within internal systems
Qualifications Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Field, or related discipline (or in progress) 0–2 years of experience in technical support, engineering support, or administrative role Basic understanding of mechanical or electrical systems preferred Strong organizational and coordination skills Proficiency xsgimln in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications Internship or exposure to semiconductor, manufacturing, or industrial environments Mandarin or Spanish language skills a plus Experience supporting field service or technical teams
Work Environment Primarily office-based with occasional site exposure Opportunity for growth into Technical Service Engineer role
