Role Description The Finance Manager will oversee all financial operations and transactions associated with vehicle sales to ensure accuracy and compliance. Responsibilities include managing financing and leasing contracts, processing necessary documentation, and liaising with lending institutions to secure customer financing approvals. xsgimln The role also involves ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations for automotive finance and working closely with the sales team to promote financing options. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Leesburg, VA. Qualifications Proficiency in automotive financing, leasing processes, and lending institution collaboration Strong background in financial management, budgeting, and compliance with regulatory standards Proven negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented approach to handling contracts, documentation, and customer agreements Ability to work collaboratively with sales and service teams to achieve financial goals Experience with automotive dealership management systems and relevant software solutions Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred Previous experience in automotive finance is a must
