Job Summary

System Transport is hiring experienced CDL‑A flat‑bed truck drivers for regional and OTR routes. As a driver, you will transport important goods and materials such as glass, steel, alumina, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals.

Employment Details

• Driver Type: Experienced CDL‑A truck drivers
• Equipment Type: Flat‑bed
• Route Type: OTR (Over‑The‑Road) route
• Division: Division 200
• Terminal: Spokane, WA
• Home Time: 3 weeks out, then 3 days off

Compensation

• Weekly Pay: $1,094 – $2,103.53 per week
• Annual Pay: $56,88 – $109,383.56 per year
• Full pay package also includes accessorial compensation such as tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, over‑dimensional pay, and mileage pay.
• Flat‑bed OTR Driver Rate: $0.55 – $0.60 per mile, depending on experience.
• Transition Package: $1,800, including $1,000 for orientation during the first 2 weeks.

Pet Policy

Pets are not allowed. Guest riders aged 7 years or older are allowed after 90 days of safe driving.

Hiring Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class A CDL.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• 4+ months of driving experience required.
• A safe driving record on the road.
• No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years.
• Prefer 1‑year truck driving experience, but not necessary.
• Background check required.
• Clean drug test required.
• Clean Clearinghouse result required.
• Physically able to lift a 90‑pound tarp onto a 5‑foot high platform twice. This will be tested during orientation. Flat‑bed drivers use tarps on about 70% of loads.
