Driver Requirements
Valid CDL A license
6 months of tractor trailer experience within the last 3 years
OTR Company Drivers
Top 10% of drivers earn
$102,000* per year
Earn up to
68 CPM
(including 8 CPM bonuses)
Base pay:
50-60 CPM
Base percentage pay:
31%
+ up to
2 CPM
in bonuses
5-7 days out , 34 hours at home
Paid Flatbed tarping and load securement training
