Duties Greet clients and visitors while maintaining a professional and friendly front office presence Answer and route incoming phone calls and respond to general inquiries Schedule appointments and manage calendars Maintain accurate client records and update internal systems Assist with document preparation, filing, and data entry Support overall office organization including supply management and maintaining shared spaces Coordinate with internal team members to ensure smooth day to day operations Provide general administrative support as needed
Qualifications Degree preferred 1–2+ years of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative support role Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast paced environment and managing multiple tasks Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook
