* Answer incoming calls with professionalism, empathy, and confidence * Schedule and dispatch technicians efficiently throughout the day * Adjust appointments in real-time to keep operations running smoothly * Communicate with technicians, customers, and management clearly and effectively * Track jobs, audit bookings, and maintain accurate records in ServiceTitan & Schedule Engine * Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and maximize booking opportunities * Check all lead avenues daily (calls, online inquiries, and booking platforms) to ensure no opportunities are missed
Daily Responsibilities
* Monitor Schedule Engine dashboards and review call activity * Ensure all eligible calls are properly booked (and recover missed opportunities) * Follow up on overnight, after-hours, and incomplete calls * Manage multiple systems at once while maintaining accuracy * Coordinate technician schedules based on job progress and availability * Handle emergency calls with urgency and professionalism * Keep customers informed and confident during any schedule changes
What We're Looking For
* Dispatching and/or customer service experience (home service industry is a plus) * Strong communication and organizational skills * Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure * Tech-savvy and comfortable with multiple systems * Positive attitude and strong problem-solving mindset * Experience with ServiceTitan is a bonus (not required)
Schedule & Flexibility
* Primary schedule is Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM * Additional hours, including evenings and weekends, may be available for those seeking extra hours or expanded schedules
