Provide outstanding customer service through various channels to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Build and maintain strong customer relationships by actively listening to their needs and concerns. Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs and feedback are communicated to relevant departments within the company. Act as a liaison between customers and various team members, helping to resolve issues and ensure a seamless customer experience. Identify and pursue sales opportunities by upselling and cross-selling products/services to existing customers. Follow up on leads, cold calls, and referrals to acquire new customers and achieve sales targets. Develop in-depth knowledge of our products/services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.

Responsibilities

  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.

Qualifications

  • Dedicated to customer service
  • Able to effectively relate to a customer, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs.
  • Excellent communication skills to assist customers and coordinate with other agency team members
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Adept at managing multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to learn and navigate CRM software
  • Ability to obtain Insurance Licenses
