Customer Service Representative

This position serves as the first point of contact for employees and visitors, so we're looking for someone with strong customer service experience in a high-volume environment, ideally with exposure to HR processes or HR systems. The role includes managing a busy front desk (in-person interactions) handling inbound calls and routing inquiries appropriately.
