We’re seeking a Director of Human Resources to join an employee-owned manufacturing company with engaged leadership, low turnover, and a genuine commitment to developing people from within. Because employees have a direct stake in the company’s success, there is a level of ownership, pride, and workforce engagement here that sets the tone for how people show up and contribute.

What success looks like Success in this role will show up in a stronger and more predictable workforce pipeline, better hiring quality, less dependence on staffing agencies, and continued growth in the company’s internal leadership bench. It will also show up in stronger frontline leaders, better visibility into workforce and culture effectiveness, and a people strategy that supports the company’s next phase of growth.
What you bring To be considered, candidates should have: 10+ years of progressive HR experience , including meaningful leadership responsibility Experience in manufacturing, multi-site, distribution, or other operationally intensive environments Experience partnering strategically with senior leadership Strong knowledge of multi-state employment law and compliance Demonstrated success in workforce planning, hiring quality improvement, and leadership development Experience leading an HR team while staying hands-on in execution The ability to coach and influence leaders across multiple levels of the organization
