On-site: Jurupa Valley
Salary Range: $80,000 to $90,000
Overview We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support day‑to‑day human resources operations across the employee lifecycle. This role partners closely with leadership and employees to ensure consistent HR practices, compliance with employment regulations, and a positive employee experience. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, approachable, and comfortable balancing operational tasks with employee support. Key Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for employee HR inquiries and provide guidance on policies, procedures, and benefits Support employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, and personnel documentation Assist with employee relations matters by documenting issues, supporting investigations, and escalating as needed Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and ensure data integrity and confidentiality Support payroll coordination by validating employee data, changes, and timekeeping inputs Assist with benefits administration, open enrollment, and employee communications Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies Support performance management processes, including reviews and documentation Partner with managers on HR processes and best practices Assist with audits, reporting, and special HR projects as needed Qualifications 2+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR support role Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices Experience supporting payroll, benefits, and employee relations processes Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting multi‑state or high‑volume employee populations HR certification (PHR, SHRM‑CP)
