This role is responsible for managing client accounts, delivering high-quality customer service, and ensuring a smooth and positive client experience. Responsibilities include assisting clients with personal insurance needs, reviewing and processing policy updates, explaining coverage options, and maintaining accurate policy records. Insurance Account Manager - Personal Lines is a full-time, on-site position based in Little Rock, Arkansas.
Qualifications Strong experience in Account Management and Customer Service, with a proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships Knowledge of Personal Insurance products and services, with the ability to guide clients in selecting appropriate coverage Familiarity with Employee Benefits and related insurance solutions is an added advantage Experience in the insurance industry is required Valid insurance license required, with an active Property and Casualty (P&C) License mandatory
