Requirements

Experience: Minimum 2 years of sales/marketing and 2 years of professional office experience -- Management/Operations experience highly preferred.

Licensing: Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (or the willingness to obtain them immediately with district office support).

Background: Clean criminal and personal financial background (required for insurance bonding).

Mindset: A fierce desire to own, manage, and scale your own business.
