Bed Care Technician are the frontline in delivering an exceptional client experience through: Maintain weed-free beds Care for trees, shrubs, annuals, and perennials Maintain certification for commercial pesticide applications (assistance will be provided) Safely utilize pesticides in landscape areas Communicate with operations manager regarding job site and service issues Snow removal services in the winter Ensuring work is conducted safely for the employees, the clients, the public and our environment Safely operating tools and equipment Equipment care and general maintenance Requirements: Valid Chauffeur's license with acceptable driving record and DOT medical card Pesticide Applicator License At least 2 years of experience working as Pesticide Applicator Able to safely operate commercial vehicles and trucks with trailers Trainable, coachable, and able to grasp new concepts quickly Able to work outdoors in different weather conditions Able to be on call 24/7 during winter season months Able to handle the physical demands of the position Be punctual and reliable Accountability to themselves and to their team Ownership of Job Be someone others want to work with Brilar is an equal opportunity, E-Verify employer, and a drug-free workplace
