Your base pay will be based on your skills and experience, along with potential team-based bonus opportunities. While temporary associates are not benefits-eligible, they can participate in the company's 401(k) program.

Role Responsibilities
Safely drive a large capacity passenger bus for transporting residents to activities, errands, and other destinations.
Ensure passenger safety and adhere to bus operation guidelines.
Conduct general maintenance and care of the vehicle.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of successful bus operating experience.
Prior experience working with seniors is preferable.
Must hold a valid state driver's license with a good driving record and a current Class C CDL with no major violations in the last three years.
CPR training and certification may be required, as well as certification from the Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction for school bus training.
